Meanwhile, soon after acquiring the luxury and business hotels inventory aggregator - Nightstay - Paytm hotels have expanded their horizons by integrating over 5,000 budget, luxury and business hotels while aiming at reaching 2 million hotel listings by 2020.

Both Airbnb and Paytm have some basic requirements to allow hotels listing including essential amenities, proper customer support, avoiding cancellation, and maintaining a decent overall guest rating.

Meanwhile, just like any other OTA, these channels also rank hotels that provide the best experience to the guests. Be it cost, meal plans, location, or a personal touch to their final presentation, it all depends on what a hotel can offer. Therefore, although it is not mandatory, we highly recommend that hotel owners promote and try their best to incorporate additional facilities like common gathering spaces for social tourism, serving local cuisines, and/or providing local tours to the local, national and international guests.

How Airbnb differs from Others - Investment For the Future!
Unlike any other OTA, Airbnb charges only 3% from the hotels, however, the customers booking your hotel through their platform need to pay an additional service fee of 0-20%. So, they adjust the total amount accordingly. After deducting 3% of the total fare, the hotel owners will get 97% of the rest of the revenue.
What’s next with RESHotel?
In the upcoming phase, RESHotel is dedicatedly trying to expand its operations by integrating other globally renowned OTAs including but not limited to Tripadvisor, Trivago, and Happyeasygo.
